1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the soparbaji platform and all its services. By accessing the website, registering, or using any service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

soparbaji operates an online gaming and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable gaming experience in a safe, transparent and responsible environment. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and soparbaji.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register on soparbaji and use its services. We are firmly committed against gambling by minors. Our platform is for users aged 21 and above only.

If there is any doubt, soparbaji may request age verification documents from a user at any time. The account may be temporarily suspended until age verification is completed.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. A person may only create one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

It is your responsibility to notify soparbaji immediately if any information provided at registration changes.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

soparbaji follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the security of financial transactions. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for withdrawals or large transactions. If KYC is not completed within the specified time, account activity may be restricted.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account, unless it is proven that a security breach occurred on soparbaji's side.

3.2 Updating Account Information

Keep your contact details (email, mobile number) up to date at all times. soparbaji sends important notifications, promotional offers and transaction information through registered contact channels.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Rules

  • The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100.
  • Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.
  • Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Once a request is approved, funds are generally sent within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals will be on hold if the wagering requirements of any bonus have not been met.
  • In cases of suspicious activity, soparbaji reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for verification purposes.

4.4 Currency

soparbaji processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion rate may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

To receive this bonus, you must activate the relevant option at the time of claiming the bonus. To withdraw the bonus balance, you must wager the total bonus amount 25 times (25x).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

  • Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 25x.
  • Withdrawals from the bonus are not permitted before wagering is completed.
  • Bets on certain games may be calculated differently toward wagering requirements.
  • A time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions.
  • A user may not claim each bonus offer more than once.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
  • soparbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

soparbaji operates four VIP tiers for regular players. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Moving up a VIP tier depends on your overall gaming activity. The specific benefits at each tier may change from time to time.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 General Game Rules

All games on soparbaji are operated in a fair and verifiable manner. Our platform features slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and many more categories.

  • Each game has its own rules and payout structure.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the relevant round may be voided.
  • If suspicious gameplay is detected, the game may be suspended for investigation.
  • If there is any dispute over a game result, soparbaji's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

  • Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed.
  • If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • In the case of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will remain in effect.
  • Betting limits may change from time to time.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the soparbaji platform. Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering with false or misleading information.
  • Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
  • Using any form of hacking, software exploits or fraudulent techniques.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
  • Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Playing on behalf of a third party.
  • Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

soparbaji is not liable for the following arising from use of its platform:

  • Loss caused by internet connection disruption.
  • Loss caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
  • Data loss caused by unauthorised third parties.
  • Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
  • Financial loss from the outcome of bets or games.

soparbaji may take brief downtime at any time for technical development and maintenance of the platform. soparbaji is not liable for service unavailability during this time.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by User

You can request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any non-promotional balance before making the request. Once the account is closed, it may not be reactivated.

10.2 Closure by soparbaji

soparbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraud or deception.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification.
  • Extended period of inactivity.
  • Legal or regulatory reasons.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to a violation of the terms and conditions.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please request to close your account.
